Embroidery Insert for Greeting Card

In this intense little work, expert embroiderer Katidja is forefronting her Central African Republic background. She shows a map of Africa with the nation of CAR highlighted; the greeting card was made for the Worcester nonprofit ACE, or African Community Education. Khatidja designed a long series of greeting cards for sale to raise money for ACE. She also makes insets sporting more traditional designs from CAR, also for sale through RAW. She has a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
